Our stay was simply fantastic.
The villa is meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail so that every guest feels comfortable. The greenery that surrounds it, the pool and the location make the villa ideal for staying and visiting the French Riviera. The view is simply breathtaking!!!
Eylem and Keith met our needs at all times. Through their hospitality, kindness, timeliness and interest they made our stay unique. We felt right at home and will definitely be returning!

Nous organisons la Boutique Yoga Retreat ici en mai de chaque année. L’emplacement et la maison sont absolument magnifiques avec une vue imprenable, entourée d’arbres. Nous ne pouvions pas imaginer un meilleur cadre pour notre retraite. Il y a beaucoup d’espace pour que les voyageurs puissent se détendre et décompresser, y compris un jardin luxuriant dans un cadre paisible avec piscine. La maison est livrée avec des chambres spacieuses, luxueuses et privées, la plupart avec salle de bain attenante ; une cuisine entièrement équipée ; un salon accueillant et divers endroits pour manger et se réunir. Eylem est un hôte fantastique, si serviable, gentil et accueillant. C’est un logement génial que nous recommandons vivement.
Loads of nice things to say about the villa, namely;
– great location, 10 minute walk to the beach (and a gorgeous beach to boot!)
– the rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped
– lots of space for parking, even for my monster truck! (sorry about leaving oil stains on the gravel!)
– great for a holiday with family or group of friends.
All in all, a beautiful villa with excellent views on the sea as well as vineyards. I will definitely come back with my wife and kids.
J’ai passé un très bon séjour avec mes deux enfants dans la villa.
L’endroit est très agréable et calme avec une vue mer et sur la végétation de Provence. Un vrai délice.
Aucun vis à vis avec les voisins.
La villa est spacieuse et bien agencée. La cuisine est géante et très bien équipée.
La villa est très centrale et on est à 5 minutes en voiture pour faire ses courses ou aller à la plage.
Saint Tropez est à 10/15 minutes et la petite route pittoresque pour y aller n’est pas encombrée par le trafic estival. Bref, pas de bouchons.
On reviendra!
Мы были в Сан Тропе в рамках рабочего фото проекта и нам повезло остановиться на этой вилле. Во-первых, она отлично расположена между Сан Тропе и Раматюэль, и как многие уже отметили в комментариях – виды просто космос. Во-вторых, Эйлем очень приятная хозяйка, все общение было очень вежливым, профессиональным с быстрой реакцией на все наши запросы. Ну и в третьих – сама вилла : просторная, красивая и светлая, с множеством комнат. Обширная территория вокруг дома позволяет припарковать машины, заниматься спортом и просто наслаждаться жизнью 🙂
Eylem was one of the most hospitable and warmest people I have ever met, she gave us a very warm welcome. She spend a considerable amount of time explaining everything to us and making sure that all our needs were taken care of. We were very touched by this. She checked on us regularly and send us a lovey bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday later that day. Thank you Eylem!
The apartment was well presented, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The bedding and towels were crispy white and of high quality. The sea view was to die for, even better than expected, just incredible. We spent a lot of time on the terrace enjoying the view and relaxing in the gardens. We even had a few dips in the pool. We took a drive to Gigaro beach and Saint Tropez village, the nearby hotspots, which were just minutes away. We drove past the magnificent Lily of the Valley Stark Hotel, which was right around the corner from where we were staying. It is reopening in May, so we are planning our second trip!
Magnifique villa avec une vue époustouflante sur les vignes et la mer. Un grand calme qui nous saisit dès l’arrivée.
L’appartement indépendant en arrière de la maison était parfait pour notre nounou. Chacun a pu avoir son indépendance ce qui était très appréciable.
La villa est charmante, spacieuse et très pratique. Rien à redire sur la propreté. C’est nickel. La maison est tout équipée et on s’y sent immédiatement chez soi.
Nous sommes à 5 minutes de la plage et c’est très appréciable de pouvoir piquer une tête dans la mer et se retrouver 5 minutes plus tard sur la terrasse de la villa avec un verre de rosé.
La grande piscine au milieu de plantes exotiques et d’arbres fruitiers est un plaisir pour tous.
Bref des vacances de rêve. On a hâte d’y revenir !
La maison est de style provençal avec une grande et élégante piscine arrondie et un luxuriant jardin méditerranéen.
L’intérieur de la maison est joliment décoré, les pièces sont spacieuses, lumineuses et rien ne manque pour le confort et le bien-être des hôtes.
Nous avons particulièrement aimé la magnifique vue sur la mer et l’environnement verdoyant, plusieurs terrasses dont l’une à l’abri d’une glycine et d’un bougainvillier, plusieurs places de parking à l’intérieur de la propriété, le calme et le salon couvert près de la belle piscine.
La localisation est idéale pour aller à Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, la plage de Pampelonne, Port-Grimaud, Gassin etc…
Spacious villa with very helpful and responsive host. Despite not many reviews, I can fully recommend the stay and confirm that the villa is even nicer than described. Eylem as host has helped organizing driver and cleaner for the flat and we had impeccable communication throughout. She truly cared about us having a good time by making suggestions for booking beach clubs early and tried organizing a chef for us.
La Villa Mavi war eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Wir wollten eine Unterkunft, die sowohl privat als auch nah genug an allen Orten liegt, die wir vor Ort besuchen wollten. La Villa Mavi liegt in der Nähe von Lily of The Valley , dort hatten wir unser Abendessen geplant, Ramatuelle, wo wir einige andere Freunde hatten, und auch Saint Tropez, somit hat es in Bezug auf die Lage alle Kriterien erfüllt. Wir fanden die Villa sehr sauber und haben besonders den wundervollen Meerblick genossen. Die Gastgeber hatten uns eine schöne Flasche Wein als Willkommensgeschenk hinterlassen, worüber wir uns sehr freuten und für eine tolle Geste hielten. Die Villa verfügt über ein Concierge-Team, das wir auch während unserer kurzen Reise sehr nützlich fanden. Auf jeden Fall ein fantastischer Ort zum Übernachten und ehrlich gesagt eine der besten Villen in Südfrankreich, in denen ich je übernachtet habe. Wirklich Sehr empfehlenswert!!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at LVM.
The villa has everything that one could hope for. It’s clean and spacious housing all modern amenities whilst still containing the French Provence style.
Eylem was an amazing host, and was very helpful at making sure that we had everything that we needed, including putting us in contact with some local drivers. As we’re both keen sailors and due to the location, property and the view which is on the route of Les Voilles de St Tropez, we have already decided to come back for the regatta next year!
Accommodation:
The grounds of the property are very private and not overlooked, which was a huge plus. Given the location we were surprised by how quiet and peaceful it was. The villa has a decent size pool, big enough to swim in, or you could choose just to relax on the sunbeds that included enough shading (which I did several times). The gardens are surrounded by lovely trees all across the landscape, including pomegranate and mango trees
The villa itself is very spacious – they advertise up to 16 guests, but the property manager mentioned that it could accommodate up to 20 guests. The layout is over 2 floors, allowing space for everyone, without it feeling overcrowded, and it also has the bonus of having a seperate guest house on the grounds. Perfect during the regatta season!
Location:
This was a real winner as it’s just a couple of minutes to LCV village and a short drive to St Tropez and Ramatuelle, so you are in the middle of everything, without the hustle and bustle of the town.
Looking forward to next summer already!
We had a fantastic experience staying here, such an amazing place to spend the week exploring everything the Gulf of St Tropez has to offer. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it, spacious, clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Eylem was really friendly, accommodating, and full of great tips. Check-in was a breeze. We wished we’d stayed another few days to take it all in. The location, the views, everything. I would definitely recommend and book again when we come back. Already missing it. Thank you, Eylem.
As the driver, the biggest plus about the villa for me is definitely the location. My wife would say the sea view and as for the kids, the pool.
We’ve been coming to the region for years and have stayed pretty much everywhere on the Gulf of Saint Tropez. La Croix Valmer and Ramatuelle are always a better option over Gassin and Grimaud given summer traffic and distances, so this villa was a good fit as we like to go to the venues on Pampelonne beach, as well as Gigaro. We also like the fact that it’s in a private domain, so it feels secure with the children. All in all, a great fit for families
Booked this for a few days to soak up some end of season sun, and had a wonderful time!
The villa is located in a quiet, secluded area, where we were able to enjoy complete privacy and tranquility, combined with the most sensational views of both the sea and beautiful French vineyards. There are some picture perfect beaches just a short walk away and some fabulous restaurants nearby.
The villa itself has plenty of space and I loved how it also functions as an art retreat, so there is some spectacular artwork to admire, some of which are for sale (still tempted!)
I loved enjoying dinner on the terrace with the spectacular views, sometimes just sitting and appreciating the sounds of the sea (as you can hear nothing else), and then curling up with a book by the log fire.
I will definitely be booking again in the summer with some friends, as it is so well set up for several families, the pool will keep the kids entertained all day I’m sure.

We had a wonderful stay at La Villa Mavi, which is clearly being run in a very professional manner by the team. First thing we noticed was the view and then the lush gardens. You can find lemons, mangos, olives and so many more wonderful plants. Inside the property, it is beautifully decorated and most important of all, absolutely clean.
We wanted to use the pool on the first day, but the weather wasn’t up to it, so the team gave us a significantly later check out on the next day in order to allow us to have some pool time in the sunshine, which I thought was very thoughtful.
As a mother of two children, I found the location of the villa excellent, as it is a couple of minutes drive to La Croix Valmer centre where there is a fantastic bakery store. All in all, an excellent trip, the only drawback was that it wasn’t long enough. Next time!

This rental was fantastic! The place was super clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The decoration was tasteful, making us feel right at home. The panoramic view was stunning, and the beach was just a short 15-minute walk away. The pool area was fantastic – clean, spacious, and a great place to relax. Eylem was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. This, combined with the lovely surroundings and proximity to the beach, made our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday. We’ll definitely be back!
